We are extending hardship and emergency support to customers impacted by Ex-Tropical Cyclone Alfred. Zurich Life and OnePath Life customers who have suffered a serious illness or accident that is covered by a life insurance policy can lodge a claim by contacting us or their adviser.
Hardship support and financial assistance is also available to life insurance customers who have been directly impacted by the event or are volunteering or working with emergency response teams in impacted regions to the detriment of their own financial wellbeing.
